At Sushi Master, we strive to provide the best dining experience, whether in-house or through online orders. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a fair refund policy under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:


  • Wrong Order Delivered – If the order received does not match what was placed.
  • Quality Issues – If the food is spoiled, undercooked, or inedible.
  • Missing Items – If any part of your order is missing.
  • Cancellation Before Dispatch – If you cancel the order before it leaves our kitchen.


2. Non-Refundable Situations


  • Change of Mind – No refunds will be issued if you simply change your mind after placing the order.
  • Delayed Delivery Due to External Factors (e.g., traffic, weather, incorrect address provided).
  • Partially Consumed Orders – If a significant portion of the meal has been consumed.


3. Refund Process

Report Immediately: Contact us within 1 hour of order delivery at  admin@sushimaster.co.uk


  • Provide Proof: Share images/videos of the issue (if applicable).
  • Verification: Our team will verify the claim before processing a refund.
  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.


4. Cancellation Policy


  • Orders can be canceled within 10 minutes of placement for a full refund.
  • Once the order is prepared and dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
