1. Introduction


Welcome to our Sushi Master.  By visiting our shop, using our website, or purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions.


2. Opening Hours


Our shop operates during the following hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 7am–5pm
  • Saturday 7am-5pm & Sunday: 8am -5pm


These hours are subject to change without prior notice.


3. Orders & Payments


  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, bank transfer.
  • All prices are listed in pound and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Orders placed online, or in-store are final and non-refundable unless due to an error on our part.


4. Reservations & Bookings


  • Reservations can be made via phone, email.
  • We reserve the right to cancel reservations if customers fail to arrive within 30 minutes.
  • For group bookings (above 4 people), a deposit may be required.


5. Refunds & Cancellations


  • Refunds will only be provided in case of incorrect orders or quality issues, at our discretion.
  • Cancellations for pre-ordered items or catering services must be made at least 12 hours in advance.


6. Food Allergies & Dietary Restrictions


  • We strive to accommodate dietary restrictions but cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
  • Customers with severe allergies should inform staff before ordering.


7. Code of Conduct


  • We expect all customers to behave respectfully towards staff and other guests.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in disruptive or inappropriate behaviour.


8. Liability Disclaimer


  • We are not responsible for any personal belongings left unattended in our café.
  • We are not liable for any allergic reactions or health issues arising from food consumption.


9. Promotions & Loyalty Programs


  • Discounts, loyalty programs, and promotions are subject to change without notice.
  • Offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.


10. Privacy Policy


  • We respect customer privacy and only collect necessary data for order processing and marketing (with consent).
  • Customer data is not shared with third parties unless required by law.
